About Me
I’m a software engineer passionate about acquiring a deep, bare-bones understanding of technology and using that understanding to solve complex and interesting problems. I have over 5 years of experience in the world of software engineering: coding (1 year, the latest), performance testing (2.5 years), and as Linux sysadmin (1.5 year). I’ve worked in automation, REST APIs, websites, and event driven architectures. I’ve also had to track and find nasty bugs in complex distributed systems. I love nature, hip-hop music, and lately I’ve been enjoying reading biographies of other people I came to admire.
